Why Microdose?

Microdosing has been known to help:

What is a Microdose?
 

A microdose involves taking anywhere from a .1 to .5 of a gram of mushrooms. This dose is so small it should not cause any impairment and allow you to go about your daily activities. The recommendation is to take after food, to help eliminate any chance of an upset stomach.

Most protocols involve an “on-period” of around 4-8 weeks and and “off-period” of 2-4 weeks for effectiveness and allowing the brain to trigger natural neurotransmitter production which allows for lingering effects even after a break in microdosing.

Mental and Emotional State

A microdosing treatment has not been advised for those diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar 1, has experienced manic episodes, or are taking lithium.

 

If you have a serious health condition, or are taking SSRI's always consult your practitioner before starting a microdose protocol.
